Licence Application
Applications for a licence should be made on the Council's standard licence application form(s), together with the prescribed fees under the HRT (Fees) Regulation. The application should contain all items of information requested in the form, and should be accompanied by such additional information or material as may be specified in the application form or in any notes which accompany the application form.
Completed application form and supporting documents should be sent together with the application fee* to:

The Council may ask for further information from time to time in the course of processing the application.
*Payment of application fee should be made by crossed cheque or e-cheque (made payable to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" or "The Government of the HKSAR") with the name of the centre written at the back of the crossed cheque. Please do not send cash by post.
